Shipment & Returns

Returns : 

We accept return requests only within 10-12 days from the date of delivery and only for the following reasons : 

1. Size/fit mismatch : 

Write to us at nivedha@studiosaaral.com incase of size mismatch / pattern dislike and we will exchange to the desired size of the same design (based on availability) / Any other design of your choice of the same price. In case of price difference, The remaining amount to be paid to process the exchange. 

2. Product damage : 

Please understand that we work with handcrafted clothing and hence each piece is unique and slightly different in color & other details from the other. 

We never dispatch a damaged product as our QC team does a thorough checking before dispatch. However, In some rare cases if a damaged product gets delivered to you, Replacement of the same will be done once we receive the damaged product & provide approval for the same. Write to us at nivedha@studiosaaral.com with pictures of the damaged product and we will guide you through the process accordingly.
